SADEVEN S.A. is an Engineering & Construction General Contractor , with an affiliate that also provides galvanized structural steel design & fabrication. Our diversifield support groups allow us to serve a wide range of projects in the infrastructure and industrial fields in several different countries.

Among the founder shareholders of SADEVEN S.A. was one of the businessmen that in 1948, incorporated in Argentina the first of the companies called SADE, and that after it, with the same or similar name, were extended throughout South America, the South of Europe, parts of Africa and the Middle East.

The present management of SADEVEN, S.A. started its activities in Venezuela during 1977, as employees of the company known as SADE VENEZUELA, member of the group mentioned earlier. From the positions held in this society, they participated in the execution of some of the most important projects of generation and transmission of electric power done in Venezuela

From 1989 onwards, now under the legal figure of SADEVEN, the activity of this company is oriented at two main sectors: EPC Projects and industrial/oil installations in its civil, mechanical, electrical and instrumentation fields.

In the same year as a complement to construction activities HELESA's Steel Structures Plant ( which operates since 1978 in the city of Barquisimeto) is acquired for the fabrication of galvanized structures for the construction of high tension towers and other type of steel supports.This manufacturing unit is ISO 9000 certified.

From 1992 onwards, as a strategy for development, the company extended its activities to countries of the Andean area, Central America and the Caribbean, with operations in Colombia, El Salvador, Trinidad & Tobago, Dominican Republic More recently, Mexico (2001) and Brazil (2004) were added to the list of countries where Sadeven operates. We have also been awarded contracts for the exportation of towers or galvanized steel structures to the countries previously named in addition to Honduras, Ecuador and Jamaica. In 2005 a new subsidiary, SADE Europe, was incorporated in Spain.

In 1997, as a result of the activity performed outside Venezuela, SADEVEN S.A. received the Biennial Award from the VENEZUELA ASSOCIATION FOR EXPORTATION OF CONSTRUCTION SERVICES due to the importance of the projects in El Salvador.

Today SADEVEN is a Company ISO 9000 certified for EPC projects, having managed up to 2500 employees, with consolidated yearly sales that peaked to 94.5 millon US$ Dollars at the year of 2001.
